[D2+B1+IC1] Links to files (.pdf) aren't opening in the mobile app #951

All links are working except the ones that lead to .pdf files (possibly other non html files). Those include transparency reports, Whitepaper link in the tokenomics page.

I also think a Circular Progress Indicator ("Loading...") should appear while a page is loading.

This issue included updating a few dependencies which eventually also led to some refactoring.

Updated, tested and awaiting deployment.
