Future times in same day being disregarded / email sent at next trigger #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set time to be sent to be one hour in the future ie @1am
2. set correct label and leave email in draft
3. email is sent within 5 minutes (next trigger interval)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Email should not send until time given

What version of the product are you using?

Have a similar behavior which should be the same issue.

Steps

1. set current date to a future time in 24h format: @2015/01/19 18:00
2. set correct label and save draft
3. email is sent in the next trigger

Expected
email should only be triggered at given time
