Dexed is incorrectly treating its MIDI OUT as a MIDI THRU #364

All MIDI data passed into Dexed via its MIDI IN are being improperly routed to MIDI OUT. This causes no end of consternation for patch editors working with Dexed.

(Macbook M1, 12.6 Monterey, recent copy of Dexed, but Dexed has no version information).
