No 32-bit Windows support for standalone versions, anymore? #369

Standalone version of Dexed 0.9.6 and 0.9.5 cannot be installed either in 32-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, or 8.1.

When I launched "dexed-0.9.6-win.exe" on either MS Windows 7, or 8.1, I immediately got this message in a dialog titled "Error":

Internal Error: cannot expand "commonpf64" constant on this version of Windows.

and, unfortunately, no "InstallationLogFile.txt" was produced (or I was not able to find it, at least).

For the case of Dexed version 0.9.4, there was no such problems at all, this version works well nowadys in my 32-bit Windows system. I have Googled, whether the 32-bit support is cancelled for the Dexed, but I was not able to find such an information.
