Open of SYX file is Broken #9

In the last build, when I open a SYX, the cartridge name doe no longer change, all patch names are corrupt, and the sound is also broken.

I Windows and Reaper, I also get a spinning mouse when I try to navigate to different folders in the file open dialog.

I am unable to reproduce this.... I would need the specific SYX to test this on my side, is this a DX7 SYX or a DX family one ? Dexed only reads correctly DX7 SYX, the other types are loading into memory for fun (kinda of circuit bending). In the next version, at least the plugin will tell you that it didn't recognized the SYX.

Sorry, my mistake on both accounts!

I rebooted my Windows machine and now the file dialogs work again ;-) Also, you are right, I saved one of my SYX files in DX7 compressed format without sysex headers. Works now that I added the headers!
