Customer is moving to New Relic. we have the limit6ation of hiting the 500 fiedl limits - not having the automated way to remove the fields - we have to set up the log analytics freshly in order to set up the custom fields there was some discussion of new version of log analytics bringing in the API capability - we could leverage that capability - we will be interested to know what one limitation - ingestion delay 5 minuts. - new version will still take minutes for log to show up - new relic gives real time tailing for the logs. - we want to see improvement on this.

Try talking to PG and see if we can address the above feedback. See if this is for Virtual machine or something elese - AMA (azure monitor agent) vs regular mode. Get more insights from the customer on what services, platform they need the log analytics capabilities on.
