Add a license #2

Hey! We'd like to use this TextMate Grammar to highlight Dockerfiles in GitHub.com, but unfortunately we can't because it doesn't have a proper license in the repository. :(

I've added a very simply license (the same one that all the official grammars use) to the README. Hope that works for you!
