The application should not plot negative concentration #158

The last chart (Time series) plots negative concentration, which is impossible. This causes the chart to look like a saw and non realistic. The application should simply skip negative concentrations while plotting the chart.

How to replicate: Choose Carbon Dioxyde or any isotope. Incorrect values shows up. (e.g. 2004-07-06 & 2004-07-13)

I fixed the issue and committed the software changes to GitHub. The new version will be deployed on QA and production soon.
