How can i calculate the peta_ratio.txt #6

Hi, I read the paper and can not figure out the way your get xxx_ratio.txt. Is there any magic trick or something? The paper just said its deducted by prior distribution and use a exponents to get. Could your please take an example to show how to do that? Thanks a lot!

Just do like below. Paste ground truth on the MS excel. And calculate averages for each attributes.
