admin console https://localhost:8181 : cannot find server #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
I already enabled remote access using command.
I can't access https://localhost:8181, it said The page cannot be
displayed,and Cannot find server or DNS Error.
I have given full permissions to all users at admin-console directory,
and set up ssl port 8181 also enable SSL in secure communications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The page cannot be displayed,and Cannot find server or DNS Error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Server 2003 ,IIS 6 ,IE6

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same issue, it seems that the SSL support is not enabled for 8181 
port in IIS
but I do not know how to resolve this issue.

I also experience same issue. Can connect locally but not remotely https 
through 
browser.
