Show a crown/better interface for King of the Hill matchups #1

Scoreboard doesn't necessarily apply quite as well for King of the Hill matchups. The score only applies to one player, and a crown is needed to indicate the king.

I'm not sure this is necessary anymore, and almost a full redesign should be considered for 2v2 and KOTH matchups. This may be grouped into the skinning feature, and should just be considered after this is added.
