Add the ability to move the window when needed #10

90% of the time, you want the scoreboard locked in place, especially when casting, but sometimes you may want to offset the scoreboard when using with something else.

When using XSplit, some users may want to put the scoreboard on a 2nd monitor and use the XSplit overlay features to display it to not interfere with the caster's game screen.

The location moved to should probably be saved, and there should be an option to return the scoreboard to the default location (based on screen resolution)
