Célestin Matte was so nice and ported the module to redmine 2.0 unfortunatly he couldn't solve one issue:

"The only problem left is that I can't manage to route the email's view correctly (sent emails are empty)."

I added his code into a new redmine2.0 branch.

I can describe the problem further, if this can help: looking at the error logs, it seems RoR searches for the view in the app folder of the main app (redmine's app folder) instead of in the plugin's app folder. I thought this might come from the ActionMailer module which wouldn't handle plugins correctly, but I'm really not sure about it.
