WIP: Add a manpage #55

Hi,

as part of debian packaging [1] I wrote a manpage for drm_info and I was wondering whether you would be interested in having it upstream. I still have to figure out how to install the manpage within meson/ninja, but I wanted to open this pull request so I can gauge interest.

Hi,

Thanks for doing this. Man pages would be great. I'm not really a fan of carrying raw troff though, it's a bit ugly and I find hard to maintain. Could you do this in a man-page generator system like scdoc? You can see an example of it being generated with meson here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mstoeckl/waypipe/-/blob/master/meson.build#L93-108

Sure thing. I agree that troff is kind of ugly ;) I will have a look at scdoc or similar and update the PR accordingly.
