This issue was updated by revision r3300.

- Ignore tests - they all try to access a non-public server and hang when it 
cannot be reached.

As far as I know, the database server bender.ukp.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de 
used to be accessible from outside. It is currently not; but I think that 
should be fixed rather than disabling the tests.

We can introduce a setting that re-enables the tests on our build servers that 
have access to this server.
In the long run, somebody should fix JWPL to work with an embedded database for 
testing.

Well, using an embedded DB for testing is issue #2 in JWPL and has been open 
since Sep 21, 2010 ;)
