Add HiTeX to knuth-pdf and knuth-hint. #18

There is already a branch from 2022!

Apart from one change in the branch above, there's only an issue with pdftocfront.

HiTeX doesn't need pdfwebtocfront.tex, because it can be started with the -h option. Inside the viewer, one can always use Ctrl-H to switch to the "Homepage", which, in case of CWEB, is the table-of-contents page.
