wirte a single method in the Settings Class which runs the whole of the Import.

Customers : replaced Loops, If-Else's with a single lamda expression (find & replace duplicate ID's with new ones)
Orders : replaced Loops, If-Else's with a single lamda expression (find & replace duplicate ID's with new ones)
