XMLManager class convert to a Singleton pattern
changes to all classes using the XMLManager.
XML object cloning should be made possible. Further it should pass the Tests.
Code the function call to deserialization of XML in the ViewModel class. Conduct Tests to be passed.

implemented Data Models mirroring the XML Serialization Class. (All Properties of the Datamodels are set to receive notifications)
implemented the Container Class containing the Datamodel data containers.
implemented functions which call the deserialization functions (of the xml data).
