SocketClient: Json Deserialization to handle data from Currency WebAPI

• SocketClient: create json classes to handle the JSON String-Data from the Currency Service send by the Socket-Server.
• SocketClient: write a function which deserializes the JSON string to the Json classes.
• SocketClient: Test the JSON-deserialize function.

• Socket Server: The number of requests is 5000/month. To keep a check/count on the nr. of requests we create a property under Project.Settings. This Property-Variable should save each successful request by increasing its count by 1. Thus a check is kept on the number of requests for the month.
