[x] read the sunrise time from json and convert it to a HH:mm format. display this time in the datagrid Column
[x] do the same for sunset timings

The sunrise time function is implemented. Test and resolve the Error.

[ ] correct Error for the sunrise function: wrong sunrise times are displayed in the view.
[ ] calculate the sunset function and display in the view. Tests are required.
