Prepare the Test-data for non-encrypted json files

Issue was closed by mistake. The Issue of preparing Testdata and testing this data has been reopened. It is in Progress mode.

[ ] note the IDs in kunden.json (current & old) and in the bestellungen.json (current & old).
[ ] run the import function on the Test files. (kunden.json & bestellungen.json).
[ ] check the IDs in the resulting jsons (kunden/bestellungen.json)
