Add ANSI box options to default config

Added the following box designs to the boxes-config file:

• ansi
• ansi-dashed
• ansi-rounded
• ansi-rounded-dashed
• ansi-heavy
• ansi-heavy-dashed

Thanks! We should really have those, I think. 😃

My only comment would concern the tags. Would you mind setting "box, simple, unicode" as tags? Some standard tags are described here, and I think we'll have unicode for non-ascii designs in the future.

Ah, good point. I just copied the structure of the first entry in the config file when I created them, and added "ansi", I think. Those have been updated!
