The fix seems easy enough: There should be another condition in the templates/export.tex.hbs file that checks whether an event has a begin and end, or just a begin.

While we're at it: The sentence is "aus der Mottenkiste", as business-wissen.de put it. Better would be:

Danke, dass Sie sich für unser Angebot entschieden haben. Der Auftrag ist nun erledigt und wir berechnen [...]

Or something similar...
