require `mime` for inlineImg task #25

Hi there!

Looks like this missing require was causing the task to fail quietly; wondered where all our images went. It actually inlines the files again now.

Hey, sorry that it took so long to get this in :( Unfortunately I recently changed jobs & now I have less to no time to take care of this little task anymore. If anyone is interested in helping out, please ping me, I would love to add you as a maintainer & give you the rights to publish new versions to npm.
