Cannot add / switch account

Description

I can't login / switch account in the settings menu. Using the addon on OSMC running on a pi3b. WHen I go to settings -> Account: The first options is "logout" should be "switch account" right? Also when i tab "Logout" it just closes the window and nothing else happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install clean OSMC on Pi 3b
2. add following packages:
   • sudo apt-get install python-pip python-crypto build-essential -y
   • sudo apt-get install python-all-dev python-setuptools python-wheel -y
   • sudo apt-get install python-crypto-dbg python-crypto-doc python-pip-whl -y
   • pip install pycryptodomex
   • sudo ln -s /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Crypto /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Cryptodome
   • wget https://github.com/castagnait/repository.castagnait/raw/master/repository.castagnait-1.0.0.zip
3. reboot and install addon from repo
4. try switch the account from addon seetings

Expected behavior: Switch account login an watch.

Actual behavior: Button for "switch account" missing, "logout" not working
