Joint efforts? #96

Hi @asciidisco!

I was wondering if you wanted to join effort with @prigara, @trivikr and I with our tech-conferences organisation? Since it seems that we're trying to achieve the same goal, I thought that could be a good idea. 😄

Our goal is to have everything open source, crowd sourced and self maintained by the community. Our website is pretty well used so far and all the data are stored in JSON files.

Oh and I saw https://github.com/asciidisco/web-conferences-2018/issues/66 and people submit CFP end date along with the conferences which allows us to show them nicely => https://confs.tech/cfp/

Hey @nimzco,

I´ve also seen your tweet about this, but I´ve been a bit busy in the past weeks. So, sorry for the delay.

I´m not really sure if I will continue this list in 2019, mostly due to the fact that I´m a bit limited on spare time atm. & also, because I collected the initial data set as part of my research for conferences with open CFP's.

Nevertheless I would be happy to contribute to confs.tech, if I find the time.
