404 not found - example files - pdf and epub #5

I'm new to AsciiDoc and is checking out the example files.

On this page: https://asciidoc-py.github.io/index.html

The following link: PDF formatted AsciiDoc User Guide refers to https://asciidoc-py.github.io/asciidoc.pdf However this is a 404.

Similar with the epub links, also 404.
