Improve the live preview so it supports the opinionated include directive module structure implemented in Antora. See also https://github.com/asciidoctor/atom-asciidoc-preview/issues/300 and https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-browser-extension/issues/299 This enhancement would increase adoption of AsciidocFX with Antora users.
