环境 macOS + ASCIIdocfx+ 搜狗输入法

I think you might retell your issue in English, for the software is almost developed by non-Chinese speakers. What is more, Sougou Input Method is almost only used by Chinese, so maybe you can input Chinese punctuation by system input method.
