Crash a few seconds after starting editing .adoc files located on Google Drive (locally)

Version: 1.8.4 OS: Windows 10 Education

To reproduce:

• Open AsciidocFX, click the icon "open folder"
• Choosing a folder situated on the Google Drive synch'ed version to my local drive on my laptop, which contains a couple of .adoc files
• Starting editing one of these .adoc files in AsciidocFX
• AsciidocFX gets to a complete freeze after a few seconds, not even able to press Ctrl+Alt+Supp to close it. I have to force the reboot by pressing the shutdown key on the laptop.

Copying the folder outside of Google's virtual drive, in a regular folder, fixes the issue.

Glad I can continue using AsciidocFX but can anything been done about this Google Synch issue?

The log shows nothing special:

I don't get this issue when I tried this on Mac OS. I need to test it on Windows.

However, I use Google Drive as well, but sometimes I have consistency problems/ crash with it when I edit files on locations exist on Google Drive. That's why I now use it only for backup purpose, and don't directly edit files in that folder. I recommend this approach to you as well.
