Per discussion in #87, the comprehensive of the README.adoc lends some confusion to the documentation, i.e., as if it's in multiple locations. The main structure and content of that doc has been added to the universal asciidoctor docs page which can be extended as needed. The README.adoc could be simplified to focus on the overview.
