Allow use of prettify for source highlight. #16

I'm not sure if I should post this here or in asciidoctorj, so please move it if it's more appropriate there.

I use Asciidoctor to generate technical documentation and prefer all of it to be of the same style. My main documentation pages are rendered using prettify as source highligher, unfortunately though Asciidoclet does not provide this option.

@AlexCzar We have not yet moved to the latest asciidoctorj and thus we may not have the same feature set. right now we use CodeRay for syntax highlighting. It should be easy to upgrade, however, if you want to try your hand at it.

@johncarl81 Thanks for your reply, I did poke the code a little bit, but unfortunately right now I don't have enough time to work on it, so I'll leave it as is in hope that this feature will be provided in the future.

@AlexCzar any movement on this? Could we close this issue?

Feel free to reopen if this is still an issue.
