Asciidoctorj upgrade #92

Upgrade to 1.5.8.1

I'd so go for it. There's nothing in AsciidoctorJ 1.5.8.1 that I can think of that would affect the behavior of Asciidoclet. (That might come with the 1.6.0 or 2.0.0 release).
