HydeSlides content is written in markeup

The first step is a reveal.js backend. As Jordan dives into that, I think he'll know best how to port or integrate it with HydeSlides.

Hey there @graphitefriction.

In actuality, HydeSlides was an amalgamation of Jekyll, RevealJS, Markdown, and a separate project of presenter-helper plugins.

What I definitely see happening is the plugins evolving a bit. Right out of the box, including this extra script library would work with RevealJS and ImpressJS decks.

Once we have a full-featured Asciidoctor-Backends RevealJS ready, I'll put any spare cycles and circle back on this. Thanks!
