It could be interesting to set the attributes :
env=confluence
env-confluence
when generating the output.
I currently use it to remove outputfile suffix for cross-references links :
ifdef::env-confluence[:outfilesuffix:] ... This is an ext link <<ext.adoc#ext_target>>
