A lab for testing and demonstrating Asciidoctor extensions. Please do not use this code in production. If you want to use one of these extensions in your application, create a new project, import the code, and distribute it as a RubyGem. You can then request to make it a top-level project under the Asciidoctor organization.

An Extension for Defining Additional Replacements #102
An AsciiDoctor extension that provides certain additional replacements (of the sort that would have been set in the [Replacements] section of asciidoc.conf when using AsciiDoc Python). This first cut includes (o) for the degree symbol, 1/2, 1/4, 3/4, and a dozen fairly common words that contain acutes, umlauts, and/or cedillas (entree, cliche, soupcon, naive, etc.)
