Fix error when using [colophon] section with sectnumoffset #94

Script aborted when adoc file includes [colophon] section because that case sectnumber was nil.

Thanks. I applied a more comprehensive fix in 3073dc9848e3f9e64c8e8428b2b0403edf39cf84 which should cover this case.
