Setup Nightlies for nightly builds #20

We should setup https://nightli.es/ to find issues like #18 sooner

I'll set this up shortly. I created an account that will only have access to asciidoctor-gradle examples so that the access token used for the build cannot be used to access other repositories that I have access to. I got the following, so I had to contact support:

Based on your productivity, I think there are probably humans that believe you aren't human. But we all know you are just one awesome human ;)
