Upgradle to Asciidoctor 2.0 #83

[x] Upgrade Gradle to 5.4.1
[x] Upgrade asciidoctorj-diagram
[ ] Fix README

Known issues to be resolved:

[ ] Embedded anchors with [].
[ ] Air quotes
[ ] Tables - various vertical alignments
[ ] Tables - setting widths
[ ] Tables - column styles
[ ] Bibliography
[ ] Labelled lists

Just wondering, how far are we from this? I was trying to integrate it within a maven build and I found that the registry and spi files are not up to date. Anything I can help?

I had a look at the project to see what was missing for a release aligned with Asciidoctorj v2.x.x. And I added some changes to README (https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-leanpub-converter/pull/88). Let me know what else do you think.

Side note, to tell the truth I am more interested in the Markdown conversion that Leanpub.
