This PR includes:

Bumped asciidoctorj to latests 2.2.0 version
Fix a name in a test that caused an execution error
Review of README: added maven configuration example + attributes to manage versions

About the readme I like applying "One Sentence Per Line" but didn't want to reformat it without asking permission.
