A custom title page #2516

Is it possible to generate a title page looking as the following one?

I have tried in a few ways. However, I was not able to:

have the revision number but not an author name,
split revision and date into separate lines,
replace the default "Version" word with the "Revision" word,
put the abstract paragraph on the title page,
have an extra keywords paragraph.

The closest I get was to simply not generate the title page at all, and manually craft all paragraphs. However, in this case I had following issues:

I was not able to get rid of the page number from the first page. I tried setting:
```
page:
numbering:
start-at: 2
```
But it didn't help (Asciidoctor PDF 2.3.15 using Asciidoctor 2.0.22).
The generated .pdf document metadata was unset, for example the title was "Untitled".
I was not able to add vertical space before the first paragraph (the title).
