Currently, the style for the white version is really nice, but most editors (like IntelliJ, NetBeans or Atom) all have a dark theme, and the white default style of AsciiDoctor doesn't really match their style.
As an example, take a look at the Atom editor here: https://github.com/asciidoctor/atom-asciidoc-preview For IntelliJ, I've created a very basic Darcula style, but it would be much easier if this could be supplied out of the box, and be consistent among editors, or at least a good starting point.
