Upgrade to Fontawesome 4.x #24

As Asciidoctor 1.5 supports Font Awesome Icons, we should also update the stylesheet factory to reflect this capability & moves to Font Awesome 4.x

BTW, we should perhaps create a tag for the code which is linked by asciidoctor 1.0.4 or 1.5 ?

We can upgrade it, but in general the themes shouldn't be including Font Awesome as that is the responsibility of the HTML backend in Asciidoctor.

I think we can close this issue. FontAwesome is now included in the HTML backend in Asciidoctor core and if I'm not mistaken the file fonts/font-awesome.scss is not used anymore.

The default stylesheet doesn't use it, but the other stylesheets still do. I'll just align the number since core assumes it is using FontAwesome 4.
