Publish in Open-vsx, alternative vscode complatible extensions registry #285

This should be trivial to publish it there and limit the reliance on the closed source platform (marketplace).

Totally open to this. We need to set up CI better to publish to the existing registry and then extending it to another registry is certainly an option. PR most welcome.

some versions were published: https://open-vsx.org/extension/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-vscode The last one is from last year 2.9.8. On Microsoft Marketplace, the last one is 3.0.6

It has been published by "Published by open-vsx ". I guess it's an automated process from release version.

This is a pre-version, that's probably why this version is not (yet) on https://open-vsx.org/
