New section for Tips and tricks #854

To gather the rare and ugly stuff that currently interrupts the main flow. Candidates:

@graphitefriction this could be a nice idea for a dedicate page in the new docs.

Now that the documentation has been split out into separate pages, I think it's easier to introduce tips at the place where they are most relevant. The search should help to make this information discoverable and provide quick access to it. Some I'm hesitant to create a miscellaneous page at this point. However, if someone comes forward with a proposal to add a cohesive group of tips, we will certainly consider it. That proposal should be submitted to https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoc-docs.

If these tips are actually FAQs, then we can add them to the FAQ page (which hasn't yet been ported over).
