Inter-document cross reference with GitLab #872

GitLab sets the value of outfilesuffix to .adoc too, so the condition is no longer required.

Source: Set Asciidoctor outfilesuffix to default .adoc

Could you please update the "Navigating Between Source Files" section, please?
