Add documentation for docinfo header #942

In https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/issues/1720 a docinfo header was introduced, but this was not documented in the user manual.

The user manual has been replaced by the new docs site. Would you be willing to port this patch to this page: https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoctor/latest/docinfo/? I'll then merge it.

The new PR should be filed against https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor (as the docs for Asciidoctor are now colocated with the code). Once that is available, I'll close this one and link to it.
