Upgrade to asciidoctor-diagram 2.2.0 and Gradle 7.2 #20

This PR upgrades asciidoctor-diagram to the latest and greatest 2.2.0. Additionally it updates the version of Gradle to 7.2 and runs the CI build with Java 16.
