Release 2.2.8? #36

May I ask for a 2.2.8 release please? It contains some fixes I'd like to see in the IntelliJ plugin and in my maven build.

2.2.8 also contains better integration with jsyntrax which is important for us, so dear @robertpanzer will you please release the new version of asciidoctorj
