Description

Update links to asciidoctorJ artifacts/versions so that they point to central.sonatype.com instead of search.maven.org.
Remove direct links to jar files and pom.xml
Update release version of asciidoctorJ from 2.5.2 to 2.5.7 (that's the current one)
Update used jRuby version

Issue

Fixes #1142

Open Questions

What's with asciidoctorj-pdf? It is listed as 1.6.0, but there's no link, and the most recent version is 2.3.4
What's with asciidoctorj-epub3? It is listed as 1.5.1, but there's no link, even though it exists as download on maven central: https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.asciidoctor/asciidoctorj-epub3/1.5.1
